Returns & Refund Policy

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on supplements. This includes situations where the product is not suitable for you, you decide not to continue using it, or you experience individual intolerance or sensitivity.

Important Product Information

Our products contain active ingredients, including essential oils (e.g., Peppermint, Thyme, Oregano). If you have known sensitivities or underlying health conditions, we recommend carefully reviewing the ingredient list and considering whether this product is the right fit for you before making a purchase. You can always reach out to us for general advice or consult a healthcare professional. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law. 

Please email support@nuedaywellness.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue/fault 

We recommend reporting any faults as soon as possible so we can resolve them promptly.

If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will:

• Cover return postage

• Provide a replacement with free shipping or a refund, as applicable

In the event your order has been damaged during the delivery process, while we are unable to provide refunds for items damaged during courier transit, we will always do our best to work with Australia Post to resolve delivery-related issues and, where possible, have a replacement sent out to you as soon as possible. 

Storage & Handling

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued if the product has been incorrectly stored or mishandled. Please ensure you follow the storage instructions listed on the label to maintain product quality. Instructions on how to store your supplements are available on our website, and a flyer is included with your order.

Exclusions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange where the issue is the result of:

• Misuse or neglect

• Failure to follow storage or usage instructions

• Personal intolerance, or if the product is not right for you

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to update or amend this Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
