Where's my order?

Every order comes with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel from the moment it leaves our warehouse.

  1. Find your tracking number
    It’ll be in your shipping confirmation email. Can’t find it? Have a quick look in your spam or promotions folder.
  2. Track it with Australia Post
    Copy and paste the tracking number into the Track a Parcel link with Australia Post, or use the AusPost app for live updates and delivery notifications.

TRACK WITH AUSTRALIA POST

Standard delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on where you live, or 1–3 business days with express. If it’s taking a little longer, check your tracking for the latest update. Still waiting? Send us your order number and we’ll take a look.
