Due to health regulations and the nature of our products, we’re unable to offer change-of-mind returns on supplements.
If you believe there is a major fault with your product, you're entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us via email at support@nuedaywellness.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We may need to return the product to the manufacturer for an assessment to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the fault is found to be due to misuse or neglect on your part. We do not offer refunds for products damaged during courier delivery; however, we’ll do our best to investigate with the courier.
